What is your appointment policy?

All appointments are scheduled in advance and  a credit card number will be required to hold your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling. Any appointment arrival after 15 mins will be considered a no show and incur a cancellation fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

 Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. If 48 hours notice is not given or the appointment is a no-show, a 50% charge of the scheduled appointment will be charged to the reserved card on file. What is your payment policy? 

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and apple pay. 

What is your service guarantee?

We strive to provide excellent service. Please communicate any concerns regarding adjustments within a week’s time for resolution.

What is your product return policy?

Unused products may be returned within 14 days with a receipt for store credit or exchange.

Confidentiality:

 Client information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

Safety: 

Children are not permitted in the salon unless they have a scheduled appointment. This policy is in place to maintain a professional environment and ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. Please follow all safety guidelines provided by staff. The salon is not liable for any injuries resulting from failure to comply.

Changes to Services:

The salon reserves the right to modify services, prices, or policies without prior notice.
